September or fall intake is the most preferred intake among international students as this admission offers the best scholarships with other potentials such as internships and off-campus career opportunities. Many institution and course options will be available in this intake with great weather conditions and plenty of time to start studying before the end of the year. Eventually, it helps to complete the year of study easily and comfortably.

May or spring intake is also the least popular among international students. Some institution offers limited coursed in this intake with short-term courses, diploma coursed, and restricted full-time courses. The relatively small number of applications submitted to this list increases the chance of applications being selected in this intake also the weather will be pleasant temperatures after the harsh winter.

International students can work in Canada with Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) programs. PGWP program allows students who have graduated from an eligible Canadian Designated Learning Institution (DLI) to obtain an open work permit to gain valuable Canadian work experience. DLI is an institute approved by a provincial or territorial government to host international students. But, keep in mind that all DLI-listed institutions don’t have PGWP and, need to meet all other criteria to get a PGWP after the accomplishment of the study.
