After your successful Visa grant, you including your Parents may have questions on WHAT’s NEXT ?

To fulfill that Gap and Answer to your questions, Our Consultants are well trained and have visited the country to know the facts and information based on their visits. Some of the Consultants are Australian, American and Danish Graduates.

We have made a list of To Do’s & Don’ts that will help you guide and assist in your initial days overseas. This Information Briefing will cover your Visa Conditions, Visa Renewals, Balancing life as Student, Information on Banking, Job Search, Temporary Accommodation, Transport and Further assistance by our respective office based in Australia & Denmark or our Valued Networks in US, Canada and UK. This briefing session before your departure overseas will be very handy and informative, giving you that extra edge and boost compared to other fellow travelers / companions.

The most common Checklist are;

  1. Current and valid passport on which your Visa has been granted.
  2. Current and Valid Visa or Permit.
  3. No Objection Certificate.
  4. Passport size photographs.
  5. Medical records, Vaccination records, Doctor’s prescription of any medication that you are currently prescribed.
  6. Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) | Letter of Acceptance | i20
  7. Receipt/s of payment made to your Education Provider.
  8. ID card ( Citizenship, Driver’s license, Birth certificate).
  9. Credit card, Travelers cheques, approximately USD$ 1,000 in cash.
  10. Transcripts, Certificates & Course syllabuses of any study undertaken by you.
  11. Work experience or Training certificates and Resume.
  12. Marriage certificate if you are bringing your spouse with you or intend to bring your spouse later.
  13. If you have children, their birth certificates, academic certificates.
